| WEDNESDAY LENTEN SERVICES AT CALVIN: Begining on Ash Wednesday, February 17th. We will start with a simple soup supper at 6:00PM, followed by a brief service featuring the dramas, “VOICES OF GOD”. These services will continue every Wednesday except during Holy Week when the last of the services will be on Maundy Thursday, April 1st at 7:00PM. Supper will not be served on Maundy Thursday. Please join us and invite your friends! Starting Wednesday, February 24th, we are asking people to bring soup, there will be a sign up sheet in the Gathering Hall. | Haiti The Presbyterian Church (USA) suggests a response to the devastating earthquake in Haiti as Stand in the GAP - Give, Act, Pray. We have already sent funds to Feed My Starving Children and the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance programs. Checks can still be written to the church; please mark checks to Haiti and if you are designating your funds to one of these projects. We will announce a future date when we will pack food at Feed My Starving Children, and please continue to pray for the people of Haiti and those working on recovery efforts. |
